Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Animators collects when you use animatorsstudio.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have. The data controller is Animators.

1. Data we collect

Account data: company name, corporate email address, client code, password (stored only as a cryptographic hash), account language and status.
Brand data you provide: company description, website address, logo, brand colours, reference images and any notes you write for the creative team.
Service data: the topics, scripts, videos and image posts produced for you, your balance, your orders and your revision history.
Optional data: your Telegram identifier, if you enable two-factor authentication or notifications.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the timestamps of security-relevant actions such as sign-in attempts.
Payment data: we never see or store your card number. Lemon Squeezy processes the payment and returns only the order status, the amount and the billing country.

2. Why we use it

To create and operate your account and to produce the content you order (performance of a contract).
To take payment, issue invoices and meet accounting obligations (legal obligation).
To keep the Service secure, to prevent abuse, fraud and automated attacks, and to enforce rate limits (legitimate interest).
To send service messages such as verification codes, order status and important changes (performance of a contract).
To send occasional product news, only where you have not objected and always with an unsubscribe link (legitimate interest).

3. Who processes data on our behalf

We use a small number of carefully chosen providers. Each of them may process your data only on our instructions:

Hosting and infrastructure for the website and the customer panel.
Cloudflare, for content delivery, DNS and protection against attacks.
Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record for payments, invoicing and tax.
Resend, for transactional email such as verification codes and order updates.
Google reCAPTCHA, to tell real visitors apart from automated abuse.
Telegram, only if you connect it for two-factor authentication or notifications.
AI providers, which generate scripts, voiceovers and imagery from the brief you supply.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

4. International transfers

Some of these providers operate outside your country. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by an equivalent safeguard.

5. How long we keep data

Account and brand data are kept for as long as your account is active and for 12 months afterwards, so that you can return without losing your settings. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Security logs are kept for up to 180 days. You can ask us to delete your account sooner.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to a particular use. You can also ask for your data in a portable format. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your national data protection authority.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use only what the Service needs to work: a session token that keeps you signed in, your language and theme preference, and the reCAPTCHA cookie that distinguishes people from bots. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

8. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored as hashes and are never sent to us in readable form from the account page. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it. Optional two-factor authentication is available in the panel.

9. Children

The Service is intended for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
